New cases: The state is averaging 1,355 new confirmed cases a dayThat’s down 30% from a seven-day average of 1,931 a week ago. Positivity rate: The seven-day average is now 6%The seven-day positivity rate on coronavirus diagnostic tests was 7.2% a week ago.
